Presenting complaints: C/o fever since 15 days C/o headache since 15days C/o cough since 15 days C/o giddiness since yesterday HOPI: A 17 year old female had low grade fever 2hich is intermittent and associated with chills and relieved on medication. Frontal headache since 15days  There history of dry cough and associated with chest pain took syrup for cough. Since 5 days there is no fever. And presented with complaints of fever .
